According to ICO.co.uk – the official UK’s regulator, there is no definition of directory, but the regulations refer to:
“a directory of subscribers, whether in printed or electronic form, which is made available to members of the public or a section of the public, including by means of a directory enquiry service”.
This means any directory or service whose main function is to allow someone with a minimum amount of information (such as name and approximate address) to look up phone, fax or email contact details (including mobile phone numbers).
In our view, this does not cover types of directory that are not solely or mainly to provide a comprehensive list of subscribers’ contact details, even if they include some contact details of a particular group of people. For example, trade directories whose main purpose is to provide detailed information about certain types of businesses would not be covered, nor would church or club membership contact lists. Similarly, we do not consider that WHOIS look-up services are covered. The main purpose of WHOIS is to search for information about the identity of the person who has registered a website, rather than to search for contact details of subscribers.

Multiple registrations of the same user or business are not allowed, and we reserve the right to delete the multiple listings or registrations of the very same user or business, or even cancel any of those and/or the original listing(s).
Use of the Website / Content you post on the website
Under no circumstances this website should be used for any unlawful purpose, including:
-The use of any material deemed offensive, for example sexual explicit or violent material, or material that made be used to promote discrimination of any form
Invasion of privacy of an individual user or company or abusive or defamatory behaviour towards another user/company (in our opinion)
Invasion of privacy of another user/company; including the amendment or checking of another persons/companies records, information or registered listing.
-To directly or indirectly interfere or attempt to interfere with the running of the website or the processes by which it operates.
– To amend or create mailing lists and provide any form of customer lists or database of registered user information in the form of a commercial information service.
To alter or amend any part of the website that may result in a change to how the website is run, including activity that creates an unacceptable amount of additional traffic or burden to the website systems, database or server.
-To participate in or instigate any form of marketing activity using the website as a source of contact material / information database.
Use of an automated script, for example:. a ‘spider’ used to copy, recreate or monitor the website content

Payment / Refunds
Payments is due when you select either or both a premium listing and/or keyword sponsorship. The fee displayed is due immediately, you agree to credit to us the full amount once you click on the payment option button, and we reserve the right to pursue any unpaid balance.
We use Stripe and PayPal for all payments and any statements from this site will display Stripe / PayPal. Refunds will only be given at our discretion. As standard we do not provide refunds for any ‘Featured’ listings and/or keyword sponsorship. You can cancel your listing at any time but will not be refunded for the outstanding time remaining from a 365 day period.

Applicable Law
Use of the website and services provided is governed by and construed in accordance with British Law.
